Synopsis:

A serial killer is stalking and murdering women in a most cruel and ingenious way. While a blackout cripples the city, a group of trapped strangers must band together to save a female witness from The Picasso Killer, a man so disturbed, yet so powerful in his own madness, that he seems unstoppable.
