Synopsis:
Former actress Elizabeth reluctantly allows her home to be used as a movie set, since her sister, Kate, has decided to make a documentary about beauty, self-image and mother-daughter relations. Elizabeth, whose husband has recently left her for the much younger Molly, agrees to be made over by her daughter, Sara, an aspiring cosmetologist. However what the camera captures reveals much more about Elizabeth's relationship than her make-over.
