Synopsis:
Befuddled Sam drops by his son's family home, unexpectedly, with the news that his wife Muriel has suddenly up-and-left after 40 years, leaving nothing more than a vaguely worded note about needing to be alone. The following morning, Ben asks his father to come look at a farmhouse he's thinking of buying in upstate New York, and the drive turns into an impromptu road trip. The two stop to go fishing, take in a small town baseball game, eat freshly picked peaches, and hustle the locals in a roadside pool hall--all the while learning more about each other than they would have ever imagined.
