HOLLYWOOD - Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher have decided not to go ahead with a planned remake of the 1967 hit film The Graduate, because couples who are together in real life never work well in movies.
Moore, 44, initially thought the older-woman-and-younger-man scenario in the film--which originally starred Anne Bancroft and Dustin Hoffman--would be perfect for her and Kutcher, who is 16 years her junior.
However, Moore now believes it would be a bad idea.
She says, "Real couples being on screen together never seems to work."
